Stephanie’s real estate career began in Colorado, where she became licensed in 1995. Although that first chapter was brief, she always intended to return to the business. She moved to Arizona in 1998, and when Linc arrived in 2002, the two met and began working together almost immediately.
Their residential remodeling business combined Linc’s construction experience with Stephanie’s eye and passion for design. After they married, they began buying and renovating a few homes of their own while continuing to remodel for clients. That experience eventually led Stephanie back to real estate. She earned her Arizona license in 2005, and as her real estate business grew, gradually stepped away from design to focus on it full time.
Linc continued overseeing construction until 2016, when he joined Stephanie in real estate as the business continued to expand. By then, they had already spent years working side by side, evaluating homes, solving problems, and bringing different perspectives to the same property. Today, that shared history remains at the heart of how they advise buyers and sellers.
Away from real estate, Stephanie, a cancer survivor, supports the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, while Linc is involved with Neighbors Helping Neighbors, a local grassroots organization. They also make time for their grandchildren, family, friends, golf and the occasional trip to Cabo. Those parts of their lives are not separate from the way they work. They value long relationships, showing up for people, and being present when it matters.

Over the years, Stephanie and Linc have represented buyers and sellers throughout Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, North Phoenix, Cave Creek, Peoria and communities across the Valley. Their experience includes relocations, second homes, golf communities, long-held family properties, and clients returning for another move years later. That breadth gives them a grounded understanding of how different areas, homes, and priorities fit different people, and how to help clients recognize which details will matter most to them.
